Samavartan Sanskar (समवर्तन संस्कार)

इसका आशय है ब्रह्मचारी को मनोवैज्ञानिक रूप से जीवन के संघर्षो के लिए तैयार करना।
जब बच्चा (लडका या लड़की ) गुरुकुल में अपनी शिक्षा पूरी कर लेते हैं, अर्थान उनको वेदों के अनुसार विज्ञान, संगीत, तकनीक, युद्धशैली, अनुसन्धान, चिकित्सा और औषधी, अस्त्रों शस्त्रों के निर्माण, अध्यात्म, धर्म, राजनीति, समाज आदि की उचित और सर्वोत्तम शिक्षा मिल जाती है उसके बाद यह संस्कार किया जाता है l
समवर्तन संस्कार में ऋषि, आचार्य, गुरुजन आदि शिक्षा पूर्ण होने के पच्चात अपने शिष्यों से गुरु दक्षिणा भी मांगते हैं l
वर्तमान समय में इस संस्कार का एक विदूषित रूप देखने को मिलता है जिसे Convocation Ceremony कहा जाता है l

When a child (boy or girl) completes his education in Gurukul, meaning that according to the Vedas it is appropriate for science, music, technology, warfare, research, medicine and medicines, weapon production, spirituality, religion, politics, society etc. And the best education is received, then this ritual is performed.

In the parallel sanskar, the sage, Acharya, the Guru, etc., after completing the education, also seeks Guru Dakshina from his disciples. At present, a distorted form of this ritual is found which is called the Convocation Ceremony.
