Nishkraman Sanskar (निष्क्रमण संस्कार)

जन्म के चौथे महीने में यह संस्कार किया जाता है। हमारा शरीर पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु और आकाश जिन्हें पंचभूत कहा जाता है, से बना है। इसलिए पिता इन देवताओं से बच्चे के कल्याण की प्रार्थना करते हैं।
निष्क्रमण का अर्थ है बाहर निकालना ... बच्चे को पहली बार घर से बाहर खुली और शुद्ध  हवा में लाया जाता है 

This ritual is performed in the fourth month of birth. Our body is made up of earth, water, fire, air and sky which is called the Panchkarma. That is why Father asks these gods to pray for the welfare of the child.
Evacuation means to take out ... The child is first opened to the outside of the house and brought to the air.
