Birth Certificate (जन्म पत्री)

जनम कुंडली को किसी व्यक्ति के जन्म के समय और तारीख और व्यक्ति के जन्म के स्थान के साथ मिलकर बनाए गए ग्रहों की स्थिति के चित्रमय प्रतिनिधित्व के रूप में परिभाषित किया गया है। यह विशेषज्ञता का एक कार्य है, जो पहले योगियों द्वारा किया जाता था। वर्तमान समय में ज्योतिषी या ज्योतिष इसे करते हैं। कुंडली ग्रह स्थिति और उनके बीच बने विभिन्न संयोजन को परिभाषित करता है।

ज्योतिष नौ ज्योतिषीय ग्रहों- सूर्य, चंद्र, मंगल, बुध, बृहस्पति, शुक्र, शनि, राहु और केतु की उपस्थिति को मानता है। प्रत्येक कुंडली में कुल बारह घर हैं- मेष, वृष, मिथुन, कर्क, सिंह, कन्या, तुला, वृश्चिक, धनु, मकर, कुंभ और मीन। नौ ज्योतिषीय ग्रह निश्चित स्थानों पर इन बारह घरों में खुद को रखते हैं। यह स्थिति किसी व्यक्ति के जन्म के समय वास्तविक ग्रह स्थितियों से ली गई है। यह कई गणना और अन्य चार्ट भी रखता है।

इन ग्रहों की स्थिति और उनमें से अलग-अलग संयोजन किसी के जीवन के लिए और किसी के जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं के लिए भविष्यवाणी करने का आधार बनाते हैं। यह माना जाता है कि किसी के पिछले कर्मों की सटीक तस्वीर रखना, और किसी के जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं जैसे कि परिवार, स्वास्थ्य, धन, भाग्य, पेशे, विवाह, रिश्ते आदि के लिए उसकी नियति है। यह किसी के आंतरिक गुणों और स्वभाव का प्रतिबिंब भी है। व्यक्तित्व का, जो समय बीतने के साथ विकसित होगा। यह विभिन्न वर्गीकृत चरणों में जीवन की यात्रा को भी परिभाषित करता है।

Janam Kundli has been defined as a graphical representation of the planetary positions as formed in concord with the time and date of the birth of a person, and place of the birth of a person. It is an act of expertise, which was earlier used to be performed by Yogis. In the present time, astrologers or Jyotish, perform it. Kundli defines planetary position and various combination formed in between them.

Astrology considers the presence of nine astrological planets- Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. Each Kundli has a total of twelve houses- Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. The nine astrological planets place themselves in these twelve houses in certain positions. This positioning is derived from the actual planetary positions at the time of the birth of a person. It also holds several calculations and other charts.

These planetary positions and different combinations as formed out of them form the base of prediction making for one's life and for different aspects of one's life. It is believed to hold a precise picture of one's past Karmas, and one's destiny for different aspects of life such as family, health, wealth, destiny, profession, marriage, relationships, etc. It is also a reflection of one's intrinsic qualities and nature of persona, which one will develop into with the passage of time. It also defines one's journey of life in different classified phases.
